Perfect Pool Supplies values our customers and strives on making customer service our number one priority. Therefore we offer liberal shipping and return policies.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped out no later than three business days (most orders are shipped out the next day), with the exception of special orders and out of stock orders. Special orders and out of stock orders may take 10 to 20 days to be shipped.
If an item is a special order or out of stock, the customer will be notified by email immediately. If the customer can not wait for the special order or the out of stock item to be replenished, Perfect Pool Supplies will give a full refund.
Shipping Methods:
All orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground / UPS Ground / or USPS. Shipping costs are strictly based on the weight of the product. Updating our website is a continuous effort and if you feel that a part's weight is incorrect, please notify our support team to adjust or look into the part in question.
All orders that weigh over 140 LBS will be shipped via freight. All freight orders will be delivered by various freight companies, depending on the customers location.

Return Policy
You may return most undamaged items purchased at Perfect Pool Supplies within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
The following items will not be accepted for return:
All special orders, all bulk products, including 50-100 bags of chemicals, sand, cement, marble dust, vermiculite, cut hose, tubing, pipe, rope, loose sheets of open or wet cases of tile, test kits, strips and replacement test solutions, light bulbs, flange bolts, nuts, washers, paint and caulking, coping & pavers – all types, firebrick for heaters and any other fragile parts or products, and any leftover merchandise at end of season.
